Good morning! Kicking things off with some cooler temps this AM. We are making our way to that 8:52am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around waist occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 4.6ft @ 6s and wind is out of the NNE/N around ~12 MPH. There’s a bit of swell in the water! Faces appear clean and seemed to be lining up for some left and right options but that higher tide isn’t doing us any favors. Things seem to be breaking mostly soft and right on shore at the moment but set rolls do roll through every so often. Might be a good morning to check a few other things off your list! But if you are looking to start your day off in the water, best bet is a log, foamie, or something with some volume to maximize your fun factor. Maybe scope out a few spots and see if anything is working for you. Starting the day off at one logo. Hoping things might improve around late morning as the tide drops some but it could be hit or miss depending on the wind. Swell looks to stay fairly consistent throughout the day while wind looks to hold NNE after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 3:03pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
