Sunrise Report

( Sweetwater will not be doing the Mid-Morning or Lunch Time Update today) Good morning! The buoy is currently reading 2.6 feet at 5 seconds out of the south, and the surf is mostly in the ankle-to-knee high range with waves breaking right on the beach. Every now and then, a set rolls through with a clean little line that offers a short but rideable wave if you’re in the right spot. With offshore winds sticking around all day, conditions will stay glassy, and there’s a chance we’ll see some deeper breaking waves around the 3 PM low tide. It’s nothing special, but there’s potential for a few fun ones.
