Sunrise Report

Good morning and happy Saturday! Beautiful sunrise to start off the day here on WB! We are right at that 6:55am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around knee to thigh occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 2.1ft @ 8s and wind is out of the NNE/NE around ~6 MPH. That high tide isn’t doing us any favors as things are mostly breaking on shore. But there’s still some smaller waves offering both short left and right rides. Might be able to find a couple fun cruisey ones this morning or if you’re patient a set wave that offers the opportunity to race down the line and get in a quick maneuver. Best bet for early AM is a foamie or something with a little extra volume to help maximize that fun factor. Be sure to scope out a few spots and see if anything is working for you. Starting the day off at one and half logos as things could improve as the tide starts to drop. Swell looks to hold fair consistent throughout the day while wind looks to shift ENE and pick-up some after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 1:08pm and the evening high is set for 7:15pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
