Sunrise Report

Good morning! We’ve still got solid swell rolling in from Hurricane Erin as the storm pushes out to sea. Expect the biggest surf early, with sets in the head to overhead range, definitely a punchy start to the day! The swell will ease gradually throughout the day, along with a dropping swell period. We’ve got moderate NW winds on tap for the morning, but the breeze will lighten up as the day goes on, likely bringing improving conditions, especially by midday. There’s some really fun surf out there right now—a bit walled in sections, but plenty of playful corners to be found. It’s a day to get out there and get wet, but as always, know your limits, the ocean’s still packing some serious energy.
