Good morning! We’ve got some rideable surf on tap this morning. The buoy is sitting at 3.6 feet at 5 seconds, and there are thigh-high waves breaking along the beach. The energy is on the lower side with that short period, but there are definitely waves to be had if you’ve got the right board.
The NNE winds are blowing cross-shore and making things a bit jumbled out there, some bumps and a little warble on the faces, but it’s not enough to ruin it. Still plenty of opportunity to find a corner or two. Winds are expected to shift more east as the day goes on, but they’ll remain light, so conditions shouldn’t deteriorate too much.
