Sunrise Report

Good morning! Winds are light and conditions are fairly clean to start the day. The buoy is reading 3.6 ft at 7 seconds, and there are some fun-looking knee to thigh-high waves rolling in. With the tide currently low, a few sets are breaking a bit farther off the beach, offering some decent little runners at the right spots.

That said, there’s not a ton of push behind the swell due to the shorter period, so you’ll want some foam under your feet. This morning is definitely your best window before the wind picks up again into the afternoon and adds some texture to the surface.
