Good morning and happy Saturday! Hope everyone had a great 4th yesterday! We are coming off that 3:32am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around stomach occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 3.6ft @ 8s and wind is out of the ENE around ~8 MPH. There’s some swell in the water this AM! It appears to be a little wonky but you could find yourself on a few fun ones. Both lefts and rights were working and there was the opportunity to get in a quick turn or maneuver before things shut down. The potential is there to find a couple decent ones. Best bet for early AM is your favorite small wave machine but you can never go wrong with something with a little extra volume to get you in early and maximize that fun factor. Scope out a few spots and see what’s working for you. Starting the day off optimistically at two logos before the wind turns on. Swell looks to gradually build throughout the day while wind looks to shift more E and pick up some after lunch. High tide is slotted for 10:01am and the afternoon low is set for 4:27pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
