Sunrise Report

Good morning and happy Saturday! We are making our way to that 6:39am high tide mark and conditions appear to be coming through around waist occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 4.6ft @ 4s and wind is out of the NE/NNE around ~8 MPH. There’s some swell in the water but that high tide and shorter wave period aren’t doing us any favors. Maybe once that tide drops out some there could be potential to find a few rides. Best bet at sunrise is grabbing a foamie or log to get you in early to maximize that fun factor. Looks like there is both a left and right working. It is fairly soft and crumby at the moment. Maybe check a few spots and see what’s working for you. Starting the day off at one logo with potential for improvement around that mid-morning window. Swell looks to gradually drop throughout the day while wind looks to swap more E after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 12:44pm and the evening high tide is set for 7:05pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
