Not much happening this morning. Looks unridable at the moment. Mostly small knee high waves lapping on the sand with a few bigger thigh high waves dumping on the sand. You aren’t missing much right now. Not trying to scare anyone but please read below for your safety. Florence floodwaters alone will have tons of pathogens (bacteria, viruses, parasites), in addition to the 5.5 million gallon sewage spill from the Southside wastewater treatment plant, and coal ash pond and hog lagoons breached – all making their way into the Atlantic Ocean eventually. Please consider all this before you decide if/when to get back in the water. Be safe.
