Good morning! Rainy day here on WB! We are just coming off that early 6:33am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around knee to thigh. The buoy is currently reading 2.6 @ 13s and wind is out of the ENE/NNE/NE around ~8 MPH. There’s some swell in the water but that high tide is crushing things at the moment. Waves are mostly breaking right on shore and shutting down quickly. Might be a good morning to get a few other things checked off your list. If you are looking to get out first thing this AM, I would opt for a foamie or something packed with some volume and maybe check a few spots to see if anything is working for you. As the tide continues to drop, it could reveal a little wave. Weather depending but I would look to target that late mid-morning to early afternoon window. Swell looks to gradually build throughout the day while wind looks to hold more N after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 12:41pm and the evening high tide is set for 6:56pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
