Good morning! Warmer start to the day here on WB and there’s definitely some swell in the water as we sit at the mid-tide point. Low was at 4:06am and high is coming up at 10:48am. Conditions appear to be in the waist to stomach range with sets coming through slightly bigger. The buoy is currently reading 4.6ft @ 7s and wind is out of the S/SSW around ~5 MPH. It’s pretty hit or miss out there, however, when things don’t completely shutdown, the opportunity is there to race down the line and hit a quick turn or maneuver. It’s a little mushy and inconsistent at the moment but it’s a warm December Saturday morning so I would look to take advantage if you have the time! I’d opt for something with a little bit of float to get you in early and through some of those flat sections. Maybe scope out a couple spots and see what looks best to you. Swell looks to slightly decrease throughout the day while wind looks to shift more S/SSE after lunch. Evening low tide is slotted for 5:16pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
