Sunrise Report

Good morning! Beautiful sunrise this AM! We are just coming off that 6:10am low tide and waves look to be around the thigh range. The buoy is currently reading 3.8ft @ 5s and wind is out of the N/NNE around ~12MPH. Currently, conditions seem to be soft and crumbly and very inconsistent due to that small wave period. Higher winds than we’ve seen lately are causing a little bit of texture on the faces. If you’re looking to give it a go this morning, grab something with some float, be patient, and maybe scope out a couple spots to see what looks best to you. Swell is forecasted to build slightly throughout the day while wind is supposed to shift more ENE after lunch. High tide is slotted for 12:53pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
