Good morning! If you got out yesterday evening, I hope you scored some decent ones! Today, the 8:30am high tide is putting a damper on things. There’s still swell out front and we’ve got an 8s wave period, the size has just dropped to around that waist range with sets coming through slightly bigger. The photos don’t do a great job representing it. The wind is out of the WNW/NW at around ~7 MPH and looks to stay that way for most of the day. However, around late afternoon it is forecasted to switched S/SSW. Conditions are offering both lefts and rights with super clean faces. The tide is just a little too high at the moment. Things are super soft and tough to get into. Opt for a log first thing this AM. I’d look to target around lunch for some small wave machine fun to get closer to the 2:34pm low tide. There are definitely waves to be had, just have to find the right spot! Things should improve after the tide switches so keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
