Good morning! The buoy is up a little from yesterday, currently showing 3.3 ft @ 6 seconds out of the SSE, with waves breaking in the knee to thigh high range. The surf is looking a little weak at times with the shorter period swell, but there are still some rideable waves coming through. The swell is expected to peak sometime around midday as south winds increase, before the wind backs off a bit later in the afternoon. Conditions should remain somewhat textured through the day, but there are likely to be a couple of worthwhile windows. This morning is looking like one of the better opportunities with lighter winds, and it may be worth checking again later in the afternoon as winds ease and conditions clean up a touch.
