Mid-morning Update:  We're still coming off the high tide. The outside is fat, but moving. Most of the groms out are snagging the outside and cruisin to the shorebreak, which looks pretty good if you have time to set up like the boys that out. I'd give it another hour or so and hopefully it will work with us. The wind is still putting some cross on it so keeping it a little mixed up for now with all the water.  Check back in few hours to see what happens.  Complimentary parking at Robert's Grocery's for SW customers.
