Mid-morning Update:  Better than earlier and I saw one guy out way down the beach catch one.  Could be ridable and okay at the right spot but it's still small.  Shorebreak is almost working on a few even at dead low tide so maybe with the incoming tide it will get a little better.  Stay tuned for more updates.   MUST READ RED FLAG NEWS BELOW!

  Important news about the Red Flag Meeting-  The Board of Aldermen did not take a vote on the new Red Flag proposal lThursday night.  Instead they voted to reconvene the original surf zone committe (now the Water Safety Committee) to look over all the facts presented and make recommendations to the Board of Aldermen regarding Red Flags and Swim Zones.  This is a much better outcome for all involved.  I will keep you posted on the progress.  Thanks for everyone's input and passion.
