Late-afternoon Update:  Still some surf but not as good earlier with the full tide.  Outgoing tide isn't helping the shorebreak.  Outside is starting to break now but it's pretty windy and drifty still.  If you really want to get wet there is a wave but it's not great.  Contest Note:  There are still spots available but it's "First Sign Up and Pay…First Get In!"  We can not hold spots.  If you are from out of town express mail your entry to get here faster.  Heats will be posted sometime Thursday.  Thanks.
