Afternoon Report:  Ridable but not great.  Not many people out.  The outside is weak and the shorebreak isn't doing it yet.  Could be okay right before dark.  Don't forget to come out to meet Pro Surfer Bobby Martinez and watch the "Mixed Tape" video this Wednesday at Wrightsville Beach Park at 7pm.  The Town Of WB reminds everyone that no alcohol is allowed in the park.  More details below.  Mercer's cam is down for a bit.  Sorry
