Afternoon Update: Looks very similar to earlier.  Doesn't seem quite as big on the sets though.  Same onshore bump and breaking pretty fast.  A few guys out messing around but they weren't catching the better waves.  If you are patient enough and in the right spot, it could be fairly fun.  Pretty nice out so maybe conditions will get better once the tide switches.  Keep an eye on the cam in case things change.  Enjoy the rest of the day.  Check back tomorrow for an update.
The surf and swim zones are officially over now so enjoy the beach strand.  The rules regarding surfing too close to the piers and wearing your leashes do still apply though.  Complimentary parking at Robert's Grocery's for SW customers.  Surfing Code Of Ethics!
