Mid-morning Update:  Shorebreak looks chunky but it's really choppy.  Could be fun on a few of them.  Outside is really choppy, bigger but soft shoulders.  You can catch a few if you can handle the drift.  If you need a longsleeve neoprene top Sweetwater has the largest selection in town.  Please sign petition about airline surfboard fees in the news section to the left!  Don't forget about the traffic tomorrow from the Volcom surf contest and the YMCA Triathalon at WB.

The 4th Annual Cape Fear Clean Water Classic will be taking on October 4th and 5th. The Cape Fear Clean Water Classic web site has been updated with this year's information.
