Mid-morning Update:  It's windy and cold out there!  But not cold enough, however, to turn this nasty rain into snow.  With the tide on its way back up it's likely to soften up the faces.  Waves weren't breaking with much form so I'd say you aren't missing much.  Keep an eye out for ice; the temperature is only supposed to drop throughout the day. Keep checking back for more updates.  No one out that I could see.  If you decide to paddle be sure to wear the necessary neoprene.  Check back later for more updates.
