Sunrise Report:  Holy wind chill.  Man I was not prepared for that shock of cold.  Plenty of people out on the beach wishing they had more clothing on for the sunrise.  I think the cold and the wind threw some people off guard.  Nobody out in the water though.  Quite a drift but the faces are pretty clean.  Looks to be in the waist to maybe chest high range.  The faces are pretty clean but you will certainly need some rubber on to fight the 38 degree wind chill.  You may be able to get a decent wave but be prepared for the cold.
