Afternoon update

Good afternoon! There is not a whole lot going on out back at the moment. There are some small knee-high rollers breaking out back, but it doesn’t look like much. The wind has picked up and is blowing 11.4 mph SW and is causing a lot of texture and drift towards north end. The surf looks rideable, but the wind is definitely blowing it out a bit. The tide passed low at 8:15 am and passed high around 1:48 pm this afternoon. I would take something out with some extra foam to help you catch as many waves as possible and help combat the chop. Keep an eye on the cam and check in later for another surf update.
