Afternoon Update

Some chunky surf continues to roll in this afternoon. Seems more consistent in a couple of spots now but it is still fairly choppy/unorganized.  Sets continue to roll in around chest high with a few bigger ones.  The breeze seems to be directly onshore so the drift could be minimal too.  Not much weather as well so if there is a time to surf today, it’s probably sooner than later.  Keep expectations low if you paddle out and have fun.  Keep an eye on the live-cam as conditions could continue to change.  *Red Bull Foam Wreckers in Wrightsville Beach on Oct. 2nd!
