FII Waterman Survival Extended Course June 28-July 1st Wilmington NC!
Join me for four days of freediving and breath hold survival training right here in NC! Learn proper technique, safety and skills essential for extending your urge to breathe safely and comfortably. This course is for both beginners and advanced water people. Whatever your sport may be on the water, this course will change your perspective on holding your breath underwater and more importantly improving your survivability during breath hold related emergencies. Are you prepared to assist confidently during a blackout? Get trained the right way and earn real confidence in how to prepare for truly getting comfortable holding your breath when it’s an uneasy situation underwater. The training tools and drills in this course can allow students a max breath hold of 3 minutes and max depth of 20m/66′. Surfers, divers, spearfishermen, boaters, swimmers and all water people. We run out of Bradley Creek Marina about 30 miles offshore to run the ocean sessions and conduct classroom and pool training in Wilmington. For more info go to www.watermansurvival.com or contact me directly via email or cell. This course is taught regularly each winter in Puerto Rico and it will be offered in this one class here in NC this summer. It’s a game changer for any waterman!
