The WB Surf Camp Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordination of our NC overnight camps. During the summer months, we offer two residential programs running simultaneously with approximately 12 seasonal staff who are working as leaders, coaches, counselors, and marine science educators.

We seek an exceptional communicator with solid water skills, surf coaching experience, proven success with program and curriculum development and coordination, is committed to coastal conservation, is a team player, self-driven, is extremely quality-oriented, and knows how to have FUN!  Off-season opportunities are offered to travel and coach in amazing locations, so a passport is required. This is a full-time, benefited year-round position with a salary range of $38k – $50K.
