Good morning! Beautiful sunrise this AM! We are making our way to that 8:22am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around knee to thigh occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 2.1ft @ 8s and wind is out of the N/NNW around ~5 MPH. Faces are clean but again that high tide isn’t doing us any favors. Might be a good morning to check a few other things off your list! Rides are short and mostly breaking right on shore. Occasionally something rolls through that offers a slightly longer ride with some potential. Best bet is a log, foamie, or something with some volume to maximize your fun factor. If you are looking to start your day off in the water, maybe scope out a few spots and see if anything is working for you. Starting the day off at a logo for size and optimistic things will improve as the tide starts to lower during that mid-morning to lunch time window. Swell looks to hold fairly consistent throughout the day while wind looks to shift more WSW after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 2:33pm and the evening high is set for 8:46pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
