There’s an easterly swell in the water this morning, with waves around knee to thigh high, and an occasional bigger set on the standout spots. Early on is the best time to paddle out, the tide is good and winds are light. Later in the day, strong SSW winds are expected to take over, so conditions will start to deteriorate. Right now, the side-shore winds are making things a bit tricky, but there’s still surf to be had if you time it right. The buoys is currently 3 ft at 12 seconds so there is some potential for sure! Sweetwater will not be doing the Mid Morning Update or the Lunchtime Update today. Hope everyone has a great day!
