Sunrise Report

Good morning and happy Saturday! Warmer start to the day here on WB! We’re coming off that 5:16am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around thigh sometimes bigger/smaller. The buoy is reading 3.6ft @ 5s and wind is out of the SSE/S around ~5 MPH. Not too much happen out there this AM! That higher tide and smaller wave period isn’t doing us any favors. However, I would keep an eye on that mid-morning window to see if things improve as the tide continues to lower. If you are looking to get in the water this AM, best bet would be grabbing something with some float like a foamie to maximize your fun factor and be sure to check a few spots to see what’s working. Optimistically starting things off at one logo with the hope things improve throughout the morning. Swell looks to build slightly throughout the day while wind looks to hold SSE after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 11:34am and the evening high is set for 5:18pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
