Good Morning! Hurricane Helene has taken full effect, the buoy is currently 7.2 @ 7 seconds and the waves are breaking in the head high range. Unfortunately the wind is on shore and completely blowing out the nice swell we have in the water. The swell will build potentially another couple feet throughout the day and the wind seems like it is going to shift SSW giving us slightly more doable conditions. It looks like victory at sea for the most part today, but if you are dedicated there could be some chunky fun sized peaks at certain points throughout the day. Check back for the Mid Morning Report!
