Good morning and happy Saturday! There’s swell in the water this AM! We are just passed that early 5:37am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around stomach to shoulder occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 3.6ft @ 13s and wind is out of the SW/WSW around ~4 MPH. People already giving it a go bright an early. The potential to have some fun is definitely there! Faces appear clean and seemed to be lining up for the most part. Both lefts and rights stayed open, offering the opportunity to race down the line and get in some turns/maneuvers. However, that high tide isn’t doing us any favors. Things appear soft and slow initially, so for the time being, it might be worth grabbing something with some volume to help maximize your fun factor. Starting the day off at two & half logos and hopefully things will continue to improve as we make our way to the mid-morning window and the tide starts to lower. Swell looks to gradually drop throughout the day while wind looks to hold SSW and pick-up after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 11:51am and the evening high tide is set for 6:19pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
