Good morning! We are just about at the 8:04am low tide and waves look to be around waist to stomach maybe bigger on the sets. The buoy is currently reading 4.2ft @ 6s and wind is out of the WNW/NW around ~19 MPH. We are on the tail end of the storm and the swell size has definitely dropped but the stronger winds are still lingering. Waves look soft and mushy especially on the initial paddle in. The sets look to have more punch and power to them but look to shut down quickly. I saw a couple lefts and rights that did offer the opportunity to race down the line and hit a turn or maneuver but it’s hit or miss. Giving it two logos because it has the potential to be fun just be prepared for those stronger winds! Maybe scope out a couple of your go to spots and see what’s working the best! High tide is slotted for 2:23pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
