Lunchtime update

Good afternoon! There looks to be some swell in the water, but the wind has gotten on them early. There is a lot of white water and a bad rip towards south end. The waves are breaking around waist high but are so messy that it seems very difficult to surf. The wind has shifted ENE and is blowing 9.2 mph. The tide is approaching high at 12:28 pm this afternoon and the next low tide is 6:51 pm tonight. I would wait until the winds calm down or shift before checking the cam or tying to go out. As always check in later for another surf update.
