Lunchtime update

Good afternoon! There is a fun looking waist to chest high wave breaking out back at the moment. The red flag is up, and the drift is pretty bad, but if your able to get past the break there looks like a fun ride to be had. The wind is blowing NNE at 12.8 mph and is causing a decent amount of texture and drift. The tide passed high at 8:55 am and will hit low around 3:01 pm this afternoon. I would not say that the amount of paddling would make the surf worth it, but if you’re willing to fight the rip you definitely could catch some fun ones. Keep an eye on the cam and check in later for another surf update.
