C-Street

Lunchtime Update:  It's starting to build out there, some of the sets are at least in the shoulder-high range.  But out front the tide is too high for it, and it's not really connecting through too well to the inside.  Still pretty cold and wet out as well.  If you can find a protected spot there may be some fun waves to be had because the wind isn't all too bad at the moment.  Sloppy and cold conditions and not much is expected to change except for the wind picking up more and the size getting bigger. We'll see what happens. Check back later for more updates.
