Lunch-time Update:  The surf has come up some, with occasional good sets in the thigh to waist range. There are a couple more people out in the water and they seem to be getting some decent rides. Lots of close-outs though and the wind has come up some, but it is staying offshore. I would get out and get wet if you are wanting to get in the water.  Just prepare for the wind chill.  Stay tuned for the next update and have a good afternoon guys!
