Lunchtime Update:  Look's the best it has all day. Still not great but there's a few with some fun looking sections. Most are closing out with that onshore gust. The wind has backed off a little. Check back for more updates.   Note:  The C-street cam is down and without power right now.  I hope to have it up in a few days.  The Mercer's Cam is working fine.
