Afternoon Update: Still a little something rolling in this afternoon. Offshore winds are making for nice and clean conditions. There are a couple guys out but not catching much. With the wind chill I don't know how much it would take to get you out there. Compared to the lunchtime report photos it looks a little better than earlier. Stay warm and have fun if you go!
