Afternoon update

Good afternoon! There is a fun looking wave breaking out back, I wouldn’t suggest going out and attempting to surf it unless you are an experienced surfer. The high winds and size are making it hard to navigate but there looks like some fun looking sections are rolling thought. The wind is blowing 21.9 mph south and is causing a decent amount of texture and a rough looking rip towards North end. The tide is dropping and will hit low around 4:39 pm this afternoon. The surf looks big and messy, again, I would suggest against going out unless you’re an experience surfer and know what you’re getting yourself into. The risk to reward doesn’t look very worth it, and the amount of work for the ride you would get also doesn’t really seem worth, but that’s just my opinion. If you’re itching to surf the hurricane there is definitely a fun ride to be had. Keep an eye on the cam and check in later for another surf update.
