Sea Turtle Camp is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to lead its overnight camp for aspiring marine biologists. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of ocean advocates while managing innovative and impactful programming.
Key Responsibilities
• Program Management: Develop, coordinate, and implement engaging camp schedules and marine science curricula for our Marine Biology Adventure, Immersion, and SCUBA programs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support a seasonal staff of approximately ten team members, including Unit Leaders, Camp Counselors, Marine Educators, and SCUBA counselors.
• Camper Engagement: Manage camper applications and selection, ensuring each participant meets program expectations and goals.
• Safety & Logistics: Oversee the safety, logistics, and daily operations of the camp, including coordination with external partners such as local dive shops.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all programs reflect Sea Turtle Camp’s commitment to excellence, conservation, and education.
• Collaboration: Maintain strong working knowledge of all Surf Camp, Inc. programs to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the company’s mission.
