Sunrise Report:  Not as cold as it has been but it's still pretty chilly to start the day. Nothing worth getting out and getting cold for. Mainly shin to knee high mid break and nothing really rideable. Check back later for more updates.   Note:  The C-street cam is down and without power right now.  I hope to have it up in a few days.
