Sunrise Report

Good morning! We are coming off the 5:18am low tide and waves look to be in the thigh to waist range with sets occasionally coming through slightly bigger. The buoy is currently reading 3.1ft @ 11s and wind is out of the NNE/N around ~8 MPH. It’s definitely a little wonky and inconsistent but faces appear mostly clean with some initial softness to them. I saw a couple waves with potential to race down the line and hit a quick maneuver/turn. It’s hit or miss for sure! I’d give it a go if you are looking to start your day off in the water. Maybe grab a top or some neoprene to start off the cooler morning and scope out a couple spots to see what’s working best. Giving it one logo because there’s swell in the water and potential for a decent wave or two. Swell looks to stay fairly consistent throughout the day while wind looks to shift more ENE after lunch. High tide is slotted for 11:56am and the evening low tide is set for 6:29pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
