Good morning and quick reminder the WB Sprint Triathlon is this AM! We are approaching that 8:23am high tide and waves look to be around waist with sets occasionally around stomach. The buoy is currently reading 3.2ft @ 13s and wind is out of the N/NNE around ~8 MPH. Conditions are clean but mainly breaking right on shore with the monster high tide. I would look to target mid-morning to let some of that tide drop. If you are looking to start your day off in the water, I would opt for a foamie or something with some volume to maximize your fun factor and maybe scope out a couple spots to see what’s working best. Giving it one logo because there’s potential as the tide drops! Swell looks to stick around pretty much all day and wind stays fairly consistent out of the N. Low tide is slotted for 2:55pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
