Mid-Morning Update:  I gave it one logo for the potential to find a decent high tide spot.  There is some swell in the water but with the dead high tide it struggling to break at all.  I saw some set waves that could be in the waist high range but they would break and immediatly fizzle out.  Go find a better high tide spot or wait a bit till the tide falls out.  Check back later for another update.
