Lunch-Time Update: Pretty similar conditions to earlier. Most of the waves breaking on the outside were really weak and fizzled out quickly due to the high tide. Nobody out front giving it a try, so it was hard to tell if there were any decent ones or not. Looked kinda frustrating to me with high tide. Check back later for another update.
