Afternoon Update: Even worse than earlier. The wind is making it very disorganized, choppy, and not lining up very well at all. Saw a few surfers out, but did not see them catching anything too great. Definitely rideable just nothing like earlier today. Looks like a storm is coming this way so you may want to keep a look out to see if it cleans it up for later. Hopefully the wind will die down this evening into the morning. Keep checking the Wblivesurf.com Live HD cam and Live weather station for any changes in the conditions between reports.
Surfboard leashes are required year round in Wrightsville Beach. Please follow the rules and wear leashes on all surfboards. If you forget your leash just stop by Sweetwater and leave your license to borrow one for the session. Don't forget to pay the parking meters and pay lots that started March 1st and No Dogs on beach April 1st.
