Afternoon Update: The wind has picked up a significant amount out of the south since the last report.  This is causing even the organized swell lines to break up and section.  It seems the size got a little smaller with the lower tide, but that could very well improve as the tide turns around and fills in.  Because the wind is out of the southeast, it is hard to find a beach that will be clean.  There is still surf though and it is breaking on the outside with the lower tide so go get some!
