Afternoon Update: I think it's trying to start working again. My diagnoses is that the tide is still a bit too low. The wind has also beat up the form a bit since earlier. Maybe the wind will settle down a bit before dark, and hopefully with the rising tide it should get better. Check out the live cam to see if it does and check back tomorrow for more updates.
