Sunrise Report: The surf looks fun. Bigger than yesterday from the looks of some of the sets. Should be a great day of action packed surfing. Pros and amateurs will hit the water at 8:00am sharp. 2010 WB Surfing Regulations and Zones…. HERE! Please make sure to ALWAYS wear your leash while surfing at WB! Surfboard leashes must be worn at all times of the year while surfing in WB no matter what size the surf is or what size board you are riding. It's against the law to even have a board on the beach strand without a leash.
