We are a Super Food Café serving Smoothies, Acai Bowls, and a full organic Espresso Bar located in beautiful Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
Our mission: to educate about the life enhancing qualities of healthy eating and active living while supporting community wellness. Must be able to work some nights and weekends. This full-time year round position.
Our SurfBerry cafe team has a passionate love of health and wellness coupled with a deep respect for conservation. We’d like to think that these values reflect in every aspect of what we do! We are looking for a team member with a warm smile and friendly disposition to make the best cup of coffee in town!
REQUIRED DUTIES:
- Assist in managing our awesome team
- Greet customers, answer questions about the menu
- Prepare product offerings
- Ensure quality service and consistent product
- Apply health regulations related to cleanliness
- Comply with maintenance and usage guidelines for equipment in the café
- Do all other tasks required by supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to follow directions from management
- Must be able to greet customers with a positive and optimistic attitude
- Previous barista experience
- Completed two or more semesters of college
